Background
Daniel Vieira is a software engineer with experience building web applications and business management tools for small businesses. Working closely with repair shop owners in Portugal, he kept seeing the same problem: the available tools were generic, expensive, or missing what repair shops actually need — WhatsApp notifications, supplier price comparison and customer repair tracking.
