Background

Daniel Vieira is a software engineer with experience building web applications and business management tools for European small businesses. After working closely with repair shop owners in Portugal, he identified a consistent problem: the tools available were either built for generic retail, priced for large enterprises, or missing features that repair workshops specifically needed — like WhatsApp notifications, supplier price comparison, and customer tracking portals.

This observation led to the founding of MyClientPro in 2024: a platform built from the ground up specifically for independent repair shops, with the features that matter most to workshop owners included as standard — not sold as expensive add-ons.
