About MyClientPro — Repair Shop Management Software

MyClientPro was built from the ground up by people who understand what it's like to run a repair shop day-to-day — the missed calls, the paper logs, the forgotten follow-ups.

Our Story

Founded in Portugal in 2024, MyClientPro started with a simple observation: independent repair shop owners were losing 2–3 hours every day to administrative tasks that should be automated. Answering calls about repair status. Writing paper estimates. Tracking parts orders by hand. Chasing unpaid invoices.

Existing software either wasn't built specifically for repair shops, was priced for large enterprises, or required complex multi-day setup. So we built the tool we wished existed — purpose-built for the way repair workshops actually operate.

Our Mission

To give every independent repair shop — regardless of size or budget — the same operational tools that large repair chains use. WhatsApp notifications, supplier price comparison, customer portals, inventory tracking: features that most competitors charge as expensive add-ons are included in every MyClientPro plan.

What We Build

MyClientPro covers the full repair lifecycle: intake, diagnosis, repair tracking, customer communication, parts ordering, invoicing, and delivery. The platform replaces paper logs, spreadsheets, and disconnected WhatsApp messages with a single integrated system accessible from any device.

We focus on three things that independent repair shops consistently tell us matter most: speed of intake, automatic customer communication, and parts cost control. Every feature we build starts from one of these three problems.

Where We Operate

MyClientPro is used by mobile phone, computer, and electronics repair shops across Portugal, Spain, France, and the United Kingdom. The platform is available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French, with customer support in all four languages. Pricing is in euros, designed for the European market.
